At SCROLLFIT Studio, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

General Policy Overview

  • Returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse are not accepted once an order is placed.
  • Returns and exchanges are permitted for defective products, damaged goods, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects, as outlined below.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, refunds will be processed to the original payment method as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • For size/fit exchanges where the requested size is unavailable, store credits will be issued.
  • No cash refunds are provided for COD orders; bank transfer will be issued for eligible refunds.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, all the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or tampering will not be accepted

Timeframe

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or within 24 hours of opening the package, whichever is later)
  • Size or fit exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Late reporting may result in denial of the request unless exceptional circumstances apply

Proof Required

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue are mandatory for all claims

Exclusions

  • Discounted items, limited drops, collaborations, and sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for change of mind or size issues.
  • However, the above exclusions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect products. All products, regardless of discount, are covered under our defect and damage policy.

Situations Covered Under This Policy

A. Damaged on Delivery

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery (or within 24 hours of opening the package, whichever is later)
  • Share clear photographic or video evidence
  • Upon approval, you may choose:
    • Exchange for the same product, or
    • Full refund to the original payment method

B. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery (or within 24 hours of opening the package, whichever is later)
  • Provide photographic proof
  • We will arrange:
    • Exchange for the correct product, or
    • Full refund to the original payment method if the product is unavailable

C. Fit or Size Issues (Exchange Only)

If the size or fit does not meet your expectations:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must meet all original condition requirements
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Approved exchanges may take 7–10 business days for dispatch

D. Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is identified:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery (or within 24 hours of opening the package, whichever is later)
  • Provide clear photographic evidence
  • Upon approval:
    • Exchange will be offered, or
    • Full refund to the original payment method if replacement stock is unavailable

E. Hygiene & Usage Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products may be tried on only for fitting purposes
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, odour, stains, perfume, sweat marks, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange
  • Products failing hygiene checks will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense

Refund Policy

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval and receipt of the returned product.
  • For size/fit exchanges where the requested size is unavailable: Store credits will be issued, which:
    • Have no expiration date
    • Can be used on future purchases at SCROLLFIT Studio
    • Can be converted to a refund to the original payment method upon written request
  • For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
  • Refund Processing Timeline:
    • Approval: Within 2-3 business days of receiving your request and evidence
    • Return shipping: 3-5 business days for reverse pickup (if applicable)
    • Product verification: 2-3 business days after receipt
    • Refund processing: 7-10 business days after verification
    • Total timeline: 14-21 business days from request to refund credit

Shipping & Return Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products (our error): Return shipping will be covered by SCROLLFIT Studio. We will arrange reverse pickup at no cost to you.
  • For size/fit exchanges (customer's choice): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Reverse pickup may be available depending on location and logistics feasibility.
  • If a product is rejected due to non-compliance with return conditions (e.g., worn, damaged by customer), it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Compliance

  • Products that do not meet eligibility or hygiene criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense
  • Multiple issues from the same order must be reported separately within the applicable timelines
