Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) across India, starting from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Breakdown:
    • Order processing: 3-5 business days
    • Shipping and transit: 2-5 business days (depending on location)
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  • For remote locations (Tier 3 cities, rural areas), delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
  • No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Once your order is successfully placed, it enters our processing stage.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 working days for order processing and dispatch.
  • Orders may be fulfilled and shipped via our trusted third-party logistics and fulfilment partners.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, including tracking details.
  • You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

  • Currently, SCROLLFIT Studio does not offer international shipping.
  • Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.

Delayed or Undelivered Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is delayed or not delivered:

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Compensation for Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the stated delivery timeline due to our error (not including force majeure events):

  • We will proactively contact you with an update
  • You may request cancellation and receive a full refund
  • If you choose to wait, we may offer store credits or discounts as a goodwill gesture
  • For delays exceeding 15 business days without force majeure, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund

Shipping Issues or Damaged Packages

If you notice any shipping-related issues upon delivery, such as damaged packaging or missing items:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery (or within 24 hours of opening the package, whichever is later)
  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and the product
  • Once verified, we will take appropriate action, which may include reshipment or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation
